{Fab Five Fridays} My Favorite Kitchen Décor Products

February 7, 2014

Ever since I moved into our rental bungalow, the kitchen has always been a thorn in my side.  As much as I would love to rip the whole thing out and put in beautiful new cabinetry and marble countertops with a different layout, I have to realize that this is not going to happen.  This all goes back to being satisfied with where I am.  That thorn is a small little piece of sharp stem on a gorgeous rose that is my home and family inside it.  Due to the fact that remodeling is out of the question, I have begun collecting décor items for the kitchen that could help pick up the outdated space to help all those other renters out there in the world.

ONE | Wire Whisk Chandelier | EcoFirstArt

It was love at first sight, & I may try to DIY this one in the future!

TWO | Ash Wood Cutting Board, Medium | Terrain

I have been fascinated with wood ever since I was young, especially taking my first trip to the Sequoia’s.

THREE | Do the Dishes Tomorrow Tea Towel | Terrain

They must have taken a line from my life with this towel, again this may be on the DIY list.

FOUR | Measuring Hedgies | Anthropologie

These little guys are way too adorable and fit a function too.

FIVE | InterDesign York Storage Bin | Amazon

Bins that look good inside or outside a cabinet.  And yes, I may be a little obsessed with wire items.
